Course Description
This Introduction to the Safe Handling of Medicines course contains seven modules and starts off by explaining the key terminology used when handling medicines. It then goes into detail about the roles of the people involved, legislation, and licensing.
The following modules cover some of the different groups of medicines, then explain about providing different levels of support to patients, infection control, equipment for dispensing, label interpretation, record keeping, and more.
